COMUNICATO STAMPA. Razzismo antinapoletano: questa volta neanche una multa per i tifosi bianconeri… Di fronte al silenzio italiano i Neoborbonici richiedono l’intervento di Blatter. Qualche giorno fa si sono verificati gli ennesimi episodi di razzismo anti-napoletano da parte dei sostenitori della Juventus con i consueti cori offensivi che si augurano la morte dei Napoletani anche in occasione di Juve-Catania e dopo i recenti episodi di Juventus-Lazio e di

Juventus-Udinese).
Risultando gli stessi tifosi recidivi e non essendoci stato, da parte della società, alcun intervento, i giudici sportivi avrebbero dovuto sanzionare l’episodio con una squalifica dello Juventus Stadium ma hanno pensato bene di evitare anche sanzioni di carattere economico…
Risultando ormai chiaro che gli organi competenti italiani non intendono difendere i tifosi e l’intera popolazione napoletana vittima di sistematici e intollerabili attacchi di chiaro carattere razzistico in contrasto con quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente, il Movimento Neoborbonico e il “Parlamento delle Due Sicilie – Parlamento del Sud”, con raccomandata internazionale, hanno inviato al presidente della FIFA, J. S. Blatter a Zurigo una richiesta di intervento anche alla luce delle sue recenti dichiarazioni che invocavano squalifiche degli stadi e non semplici multe in caso di episodi di razzismo.

Request for assistance under the following article in the FIFA
“FIFA recognises its responsibility to lead the way in abolishing all forms of discrimination in football. Article 3 of the FIFA Statutes states: Discrimination of any kind against a country, private person or group of people on account of ethnic origin, gender, language, religion, politics or any other reason is strictly prohibited and punishable by suspension or expulsion”.
During the football match Juventus-Udinese (Serie A, 01/19/13), on the 40th of the first half and 32°  of the second and during the match Juventus-Lazio (78 th minute. Cup Italy, 22/1 / 13), started the usual chants started against Napoli (although the team and the blue fans were not present in the stadium): "Vesuvio wash them with fire." Given that the choir in question 1) is attributable to an entire city and not to the team and fans; 2) shows the concepts of "Failure to clean" and hopes the death of millions of people and, therefore, has no connotations and sports / or ironic (and the Neapolitans know the irony of about 2500 years), and 3) clearly presents content related to "racial hatred" as referring to an entire (and innocent) people / race, 4) has not been in any way censored from the rest of the stadium. Therefore, A) under the current regulations (and applied in recent cases in Italy and in Europe), B) in view of the recurrence of the same offense (registered and sanctioned, among other things, previously, with minor fines Economics) requests the Football League and FIFA to intervene and / or to disqualify the stadium of Juventus in the light of the recently declared by President Blatter ("racism fines are not enough: it takes penalty and relegation"). Incidents of racism have been many and so far during the match Juventus-Siena (24/2/13, min 16°). So far the competent Italian Istitution of Football (FIGC) have punished only by a fine economic times many of the same events. 2395 people have signed the membership of the group on social network facebook on 24 February 2013 and 2395 people have authorized the directors of the facebook group to send to the Football League, President and General Counsel and the President of FIFA, J.
